We recently reached Step 3 on the Social Enterprise Performance Ladder (PSO) and we are proud of that! The PSO is TNO’s scientifically based measuring instrument and hallmark that objectively measures and makes visible the degree of social entrepreneurship. The independent assessment by a certification body shows that Rogier Bosman Chemie bv offers high-quality employment to people at a distance from the labor market.
Including employership
The aim of the PSO is to help more people with a vulnerable labor market position find work in a sustainable and qualitatively good way. We do this not only by facilitating workplaces in our own organization, but also by encouraging our suppliers and contractors to engage in social entrepreneurship. We consciously choose to purchase products or services from SW companies and / or other PSO-certified organizations. This is also called chain stimulation. By allowing more organizations to do business more socially, we grow together towards a more inclusive society.
Levels of the PSO Performance Ladder
Aspiring status
Our organization has been awarded Aspirant status on the PSO Performance Ladder. This means that we have indicated that we have started with social entrepreneurship and want to grow to a rung on the PSO Performance Ladder within two years.
Step 1
Our organization has grown on the PSO Performance Ladder to Step 1. This means that we are performing above average when it comes to employment for people in a vulnerable labor position. On average, we now work (in) directly more people with a distance to the labor market than organizations in the same size class.
Step 2
Our organization has grown on the PSO Performance Ladder to Step 2. This means that we perform well above average when it comes to employment for people in a vulnerable employment position. There are now (in) directly more people working at a distance from the labor market than at organizations in the same size class.
Step 3
Our organization has grown on the PSO Performance Ladder to Step 3. This means that we are a frontrunner when it comes to employment for people in a vulnerable labor position. There are now (in) directly more people working at a distance from the labor market than at organizations in the same size class.
